Dr. Ronnie Blount, MD

This place is a joke you can not understand the doctor and the front desk staff is very rude. For example I was there with a friend of mine today and they made me force my 2 year old to wear mask or leave. Even the CDC says 5 and under are not recommended to wear a mask. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

I waited for awhile to get in. The day of appointment I arrived early. I didn't have an appointment which was set by my regular physician. I was given an appointment for 2 days later. I arrived early everything went well until the insurance staff member. She freaked out very confused. I am still flabbergasted at the treatment after she looked at my insurance and driver's license. I was told the doctor would not see me. I was to change my name to conform to their requirements. I can't change my name for the government tells me I can and can't do not the reverse. My full name isn't acceptable nor is using either or. My insurance called them but they refused to answer multiple times. I drove over an hour two times and still was refused to see the doctor. I don't know the doctor would have loved a chance to explain to him what happened. Still refuses to see me until the government changes my name. Never in my life have I been treated so rudely. Two tanks of gasoline costs allot to be… refused . I didn't deserve to be refused. I heard from other patients he really listens and is an excellent doctor, but I will never find out.

Unlike most offices, the wait was acceptable, the staff members were courteous and the office was clean. Dr. Blount seemed genuinely concerned about my health and took time getting to know and assess me. I left his office feeling confident and optimistic about the future of my mental health, something I have't felt before.

Very experienced behavioral health practitioner with a strong background in the medical field. Actually listens to his patients and their need which is becoming a rarity these days. His office also offers medical weight loss services and addiction treatment as well as counseling.

Dr Blount is by far the best doctor I’ve been to! He has a great staff I highly recommend him if you are looking for a psychiatrist.

Best doctor ever! I have been seen many psychiatrists in my life and Dr. Blount has been by far the best, and the only one that I fully trust! Amazing receptionist here as well. 5 stars all around.

The staff here is so unprofessional! ! Dr. Blount is a good doctor,but his staff is bringing him down! Scheduling is all messed up!!! Sometimes you don't see Dr.Blount, you she someone who doesn't tell you their qualificationsite but is giving you a prescription! !! Who does that??!! Where they do that at?????I did not give Dr. BLOUNT a low score because he is great! However, the WHOLE office is a team...so, I will let you decide. Another thing, if you call in to cancel your appointment, please document everything. ..person's name, date, hour, minute, etc! They charge an missed appointment fee and I have noticed on several occasions , that they try to charge for an missed appointment when it was cancelled. ..one lady pulled out her note and told them when she called and then they found it! Wow, the staff!!!

Doctor showed up to the office 45 minutes past appointment time, the lobby looked like a greyhound bus station, I should have walked out as soon as I walked in. My appointment time was 8:30, I walked out at 9:15.
