Pushed me into getting a SCS before ordering any of his own testing or making time to review my outside records. SCS failed. Calls never returned. Seems to be very knowledgeable but doesn't seem to care about patients who are new to the rare and disabling -- life altering, disease of CRPS..

From Rose and his wonderful staff to Dr Hertz's bedside manner. As soon as we started talking, I felt so comfortable. It felt like I was talking to my uncle. Lol. Amazing guy and dr. He really cares. Thanks you Dr Hertz for teaching me to not give up on hope.

I've never met a dr that was so down to earth. I knew from the minute I spoke to Rose. I found my new fav place. Yay!!

Staff is very rude and unhelpful! Don't think am ever going back there even though the doctor is cool.

I am still waiting for a treatment plan or call back from Dr. Hertz from 2013 even after calling his cell phone number. Having 2 other doctors email and speak with him on the phone. It is now 2015 even with promises of treatment still Dr. Hertz has not treated my medical condition. Plan on calling him a lot because his staff can never reach him . It took my physician husband many signed releases and emails to get a 3 line diagnosis without any follow up or treatment. Please do your research and I saw him at some unknown new office as he is no longer affiliated with Lincoln Roosevelt Hospital. Still waiting for his call. I had to go to a State 5 hours away to get excellent treatment. Good luck if you choose him as your treating physician. One positive point he spends a lot of time during your consult, but something is really wrong with how he runs his practice and how he does not offer you a treatment plan. I am blessed I found the best physician in another state
