Terrible experience. Dr. Choi had no bedside manner and treated me like a stupid piece of meat. The ultrasound and mammogram results came back as a benign cyst, so I’m not even sure why I needed to see her at all, but I went anyway. She peppered me with some questions, didn’t answer my question until the nurse repeated it to her and then told me to take the gown off so she could look at my breasts. She said I could have the cyst drained if I wanted to, but it wasn’t necessary. Then she said she would get it drained but didn’t give me any time to make a decision. Next thing I knew, she had the needle out with the ultrasound wand and was draining the fluid. I never gave her my actual consent. I would never go to her again. The rest of the staff were very kind.

Dr. Choi is not only a highly skilled surgeon, she is an incredible human being AND i trust her completely. She ,what is rarity lately,really care about patients. She is very direct without sugar coating and very professional.Thank you Dr Choi .

If you are unfortunate enough to be referred to Dr. Choi, it will also be your most fortunate day. She is very skilled, intelligent, and shows great compassion for her patients. I was so lucky to have her leading my cancer team if doctors!

Dr Choi is a skilled, professional, confident and an experienced surgeon. I had a prophylactic double mastectomy and she did a really good job, everything went perfect and there were no complications. She is a great surgeon. Don't have words to thanks her for what she has done for me.

Although my first appointment with her left me feeling appalled at her bedside manner all of my appointments after that were great. She did an excellent job on a nipple and skin sparing double mastectomy. I wouldn't think twice about seeing her again.

Her staff is fine. She's rude and insulting. Surgery resulted in loss of blood and permanent numbness.
