Dr. Rosa Juanita Cisneros, MD

Love love love her! I have been a patient for more then 10 years and I have ALWAYS received the best care. She remembers me and ALL my illnesses everytime I see her. I always refer family and friend to this practice.

THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL WORST PLACE I'VE EVER IN MY LIFE HAD TO DEAL WITH, AND MIND YOU IT WAS FOR A TOTAL OF MAYBE 5 MINUTES BEFORE I KNEW JUST HOW AWFUL THEY WERE. MY SON AND DAUGHTER IN LAW ARE EXPECTING THEIR FIRST CHILD AND THIS PLACE HAS DONE NOTHING PROFESSIONAL THUS FAR. PLEASE DON'T GO HERE OR YOU'LL END UP CATCHING A CASE FOR BEATING UP THE FEMALE THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE. SAVE YOURSELF AND DON'T EVEN BOTHER.

Dr. Cisneros jumps the gun without consulting with her patients. Scheduling surgeries without a patients consent. Very unprofessional and poor staff especially the front desk. Stay away!

Its been over a year and im still upset by this. Dont go to this woman unless you want your baby to be in danger. During the pregnancy she was great. I loved her..thought she was a wonderful doctor....until i hit preterm labor. I was 30 weeks and we were at my moms and started cramping and feeling horrible. This was my 3rd baby so clearly i know what labor feel likes. My mom and boyfriend both called to see what we should do..if we should go to the local hospital or head up to thornton. Got told she'd ask the dr and call us back. Guess what? We never got a call back. We ended up having to go to the local hospital where luckily they were able to stop the labor. Even the hospital had a hard time getting ahold of her to get my info. I would've strongly recommended her until that happened.

I had my baby at North Suburban in Thornton and I had been working with a midwife. I was in labor and progressing well enough but Dr. Cisneros wasn’t happy with my progress. I had never met this woman in my life before. I had been in constant communication with my midwife and she was up to speed but Dr. Cisneros insisted on inserting herself where she wasn’t needed. Dr. Cisneros went against mine and my midwife’s wishes and entered my room uninvited and introduced herself as “Dr. Cisneros and I’ll be doing your c-section today.” I told her that I was not working with her and asked her to leave and she gave me “1 hour to get this baby out and then I’m coming back for you and we’re doing a c-section”. She then entered my room when I was actively pushing and I wasn’t able to ask her to leave but she stood at the foot of my hospital bed and watched me the entire time. I feel like she treated me cruelly and with no regard to bedside manner or my wishes throughout my birth. I was in no… danger and neither was my baby, but I’m sure she wanted me to accept her pushing a c-section on me so she could continue on with her Saturday. I hope any and all pregnant mothers see this and give some thought as to whether you feel like thia woman is worthy of taking care of you. I have a sour memory associated with the happiest day of my life and I hope I can prevent someone else being treated so cruelly by her.

Dr Cisneros and her team have gave me quality care services. Each time I visited the clinic I received in a compassionanate manor. Keep up the excellant care Cisneros team!!!

I have to say, I have recommended Dr. Cisneros to all my friends as she was awesome with my first pregnancy. There were a few hiccups with the office ...

I wouldn't recommend this office. I was promised my lab results in 2 weeks and didn't receive them until a month later, even after several attempts. It took the head nurse 10 sticks in two day to get the lab. Dr. Cisneros has a big patient load and in my opinion has no time for her patients cauce of this. The office is very dirty and after leaving my urine sample I noticed there were other samples in the same area with no name. Her personal opinion out ways her medical opinion, so if your not a christian this may not be a fit for you. I tried to address my issues with her and the staff and was told to find a new doctor. Also the day of my sonogram was the worst. I was not given anything to cover myself until I asked (was wearing a dress) the door was propped open (no privacy) the tech spoke in Russian and never addressed me as a patient. After 15 min of this I began to cry cause I wasn't able to see the screen and was told to stop crying. I am very happy to say I have moved on and… will never be returning to her office again.......

First I would like to start by saying that Dr. Cisneros is one of the best OB-GYN docs you will find in the Thornton area. I went to her for my twin pregnancy a few years back and she was absolutely a wonderful Dr. who took her time with her patients, but being that good of a doctor comes with a price... Everyone wants her!! Which is not a good thing. Im 6 weeks pregnant now and called to set an apt for my first 8 week visit and the next one they have open is 2 1/2 months away. They have WAY TO MANY PATIENTS. Dr. Cisneros should either hire someone else to help or not see so many patients because her quality of care is going down the drain. When I went into labor the first time I was at St. Anthonys for over 5 hrs before Dr. Cisneros showed up. I would hate to see how long it would take her to get there now.

I went to see her to get my tubes tied, she explained my options, and I chose the Essure. Her staff helped me get scheduled, helped me understand my insurance coverage, and I had a great procedure. It was fast, I didn't have an incision, and was able to go to my son's soccer game that night! I'm going back to make sure my tubes are blocked at my next visit - it was so much easier than I thought it would be.
