Missed my pediatric Crohn’s disease diagnosis, leaving me with PERMANENT DAMAGE!! When I had the DISPLEASURE of being her patient @ age seven. She asked me to “go to the bathroom” and when I was absent she asked my parents if I was doing it “for the attention”!!! I WAS SEVEN YEARS OLD MIND YOU. Congratulations on being the WORST physician I have ever seen in my life. She is an EXTREMELY NEGLIGENT & ABLEIST PHYSICIAN !!! PLEASE if you have a child with inflammatory bowel disease DO NOT SEE HER. (Shands Hospital in Gainesville has the best IBD specialists) Sincerely, IBD patient

She seemed like a decent doctor , and we were pleased after our initial appointment ; however every time we tried to see this doctor for a follow up, she was either late or ridiculously behind. Our appointment was scheduled at 9, and she had not even arrived to the office by 9:35. The next time , we arrived for a 10 am appointment and by 10:45 she still had 3 patients to see before us. I can understand emergencies or occasionally running late - but this is a pattern. Please only see her if your children are young and not in school, and on a day when you have plenty of time to spend waiting in her office.

We waited over two hours to be seen, when she came into the room she called my daughter by the incorrect name (a boy's name and she is a girl, meaning she barely looked at her when she cam in the room). She started reading her notes and was giving us the incorrect diagnosis since she was reading a different patient's file. She failed to follow up on test results. Just bad bedside manners or manners period.

This doctor is horrible. She misdiagnosis me when I was on St. Joseph hospital. Do not trust her.

My son was seen in the hospital by Dr. Cuenca. She was incredible. She helped him as no other pediatric GI doctor has. She took us seriously and has helped my son overcome his fears of using the bathroom (he is autistic) and life is completely different now and better than we ever expected! I'd recommend her to anyone!

she is too dismissive and not very caring when my child was in the hospital she did things without consulting me or my child we didn't like this doctor at all.
