Dr. Rosa Beatriz Ribon, MD

My husband is a cancer patient and needed to see the Dr. We made an appt. well in advance and drove 45 min to get there only to find out the Dr. decided not to come in that day. And no one called us! We rescheduled with her and when we arrived for THAT appt, we were told the doctor called and would not be coming in for another hour at least! We could not wait so had to leave. Completely unprofessional and almost seems like malpractice to do this to a cancer patient. Very unhappy with this Dr.

Dr. Rosa Ribon always treat me with tender loving care . I am always been able to talk to her and get my problems resolved, for me to see Doctor Ribon is like with trusted family. Would not consider changing doctor. Doc Ribon , together with UM Medical group is the best team of medical staff. O would love to have Dr. Ribon around if I ever get sick.

Dr. Ribon did not want to do all the paperwork to approve the pnemonia vaccine for me since I would be turning 65. She said "Take your chances." I did get pnemonia this year could not get an appointment from her she was booked for a month and could not fit me in. I was told to go to a pulmonologist from the doctor who did see me and she refused to make a referral for me. She also refused to look at the xrays taken to verify that I needed to see a pulmonologist. The last three times I have needed RX refills, the pharmacy has called, no refill called in, I sent request on line, no refill sent. I had to finally call on the third day to get the office to refill. Worst experience with doctor and staff in my life!!!! I was referred to a specialist in the practice who referred me to another doctor and a lot of lab work was done. She never discussed the results, followed up on progress, etc.

I have Dr Rosa as my primary for about 2 years, I have nothing to complaint. She is a wonderful, caring, and patient. " NO"

Doctor don't really care about your medical issues , very disappointed the way I was treat it.

I have seen my share of Doctors, But Dr. Ribon is a true professional and caring doctor, I would recommend her to anyone

She is young but very professional with an excellent bedside manners. Returns call back by herself. Very detailed oriented. I am very pleased to have her as a my doctor.
