She took me off a med out of nowhere while I had two refills left and didn't tell me she was doing this. At the appt to get the medication back she told me I was obnoxious and asked if I wanted to be the doctor instead. I was explaining why I needed the medication as she assumedly not read it although I can say with quite confidence she didn't because she said and I quote "I don't have time to read thousands of papers". She made me feel like a criminal and b**** for being proactive and assertive about my healthcare needs. Astounds me how she has a job as a health care provider

Dr. Rosa Robles is very knowledgeable. She is very kind and an all around good person. She makes me feel very comfortable and at ease. She is a wonderful listener and I highly recommend her. Her office staff makes me feel like I am family.
