So unprofessional service, office is so filthy, stinks, staff is rude and Dr is always late. No consideration for patients

I took my daughter to a 2PM appointment where we waited 4 hours to only see the doctor for less than half an hour. Dr Turner was pleasant to talk to and She prescribed my daughter with a medication that she recommended in my daughter's case of anxiety. In turned out to be an extremely expensive medication (over $1400 for 30 pills!) and for that reason the insurance was requiring her authorization to approve the Pharmacy to dispense the medication. After CVS Pharmacy and I contacted the doctor for a week on a daily basis, Today I was informed that Dr Turner doesn't authorize medication to the insurance and that we need to go back for her to prescribed another. For an entire week they didn't answer their phones and we lost a week of treatment. Rosanna (who is the person that finally answered the phone after a week) was extremely unprofessional and have no concerned about our problem. She even mentioned that if we need to go back for a new medication (after a week waiting for someone to… react to our faxes and phone calls), we might need to wait again for 4 hours because "That is the way that it goes"!

I have a long history with mental health and Dr. Turner has been the only doctor that found the medication combination I needed to make me a functional individual. She is the best and her staff exceeded my expections.

staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. i refuse to go back. i would not recommend there services to anyone. extremely unprofessional!
