I hear she is a great doctor but how is she with the success of tubal reversal and I'm over 40

Dr. Hayes and Dr. Mroueh took AMAZING care of me and we are currently expecting! As a woman over 40, I can tell you that you should be confident that this practice will do their utmost to provide the highest level of quality and care throughout your fertility journey. They care very deeply and are also experts in their field. They are methodical in their approach, focused on best practice and research-based outcomes. Both doctors are board certified and are up on the latest reproductive science!!! They are patient, understanding, and will do their best to get you pregnant! The staff is wonderful, welcoming, and accommodating. They were recommended to me by someone I trust and now I recommend them to others.

ive been seeing Dr. Hayes for about 4 months now and I have had excellent patient service everytime with not only her but the receptionist staff as well. she performed my laparoscopy surgery which went very well and I'm healing great! my next step is to give IVF a try I and she are very confident she will make a miracle happen for me and my husband(:

Dr. Hayes has been nothing but kind to me. She has a great pregnancy rating with her patients. I travel about 40 minutes to see her, when I have plenty of OBGYN's in my home town. There's nobody else that I would rather go to. She's been there from the start of my infertility and is still supporting me.

For years I had problems with my menstruation in that there was never one. I was passed from doctor to doctor who told me it was all in my head - until I came to Dr. Hayes. She took the time to listen to my complaints, ran tests and diagnosed me with THREE conditions that are treatable by medicine! Now, me and my husband are working on having a baby and she's open, honest, hopeful and helpful for us. The nurses are amazing (Kim and Carla) and they really make you feel like you're their only patient for the day. I couldn't be happier with the service and interactions.

When I had my first consultation with Dr.Hayes, she was very caring and made me feel better about moving forward with a pregnancy. But I as test and procedures got under way she was cold and insensitive. I had to have a procedure done and she was to meet in the location where it was to done. I went there first to check and waited for her. She came in the room and said "I thought maybe you were going to be a now show, You did come to my office." I didn't see why I had to. She then tells me when you are done here, go to my office. There is a copay." My first insemination with her she cold and made me feel some what uncomfortable. I would highly recommend her partner Dr. Jamil Mroueh. I had bad experience shortly after the insemination and ended up in ED for hours. I saw Dr.Mroueh the next day and he was so kind. He even asked my husband to come into the room so he could explain what was happening.

Dr. Hayes is not only very smart in her field but she takes the time to explain everything to you. She is amazing. I am 4 months pregnant with twins and couldn't have done it without her.

I saw Dr. Hayes for approximately six months as she is supposedly a menopause specialist as well. NOT! She gave me 3 types of HRT and none of them worked. She has now concluded I have an absorption problem, metabolic problem and receptor problem? LOL! And then she just stopped researching my condition. I NEVER hear from her. Recently I went for bloodwork with her request and thank God, the hospital gave me my own copy because I suffer from HYPOTHYROIDISM. She NEVER even called to tell me this and I know she is able to write scripts for thyroid pills. Now on account of her b.s., I have contacted the Cleveland Clinic Foundation and have 2 appointments with them. One is a specialist in endocrinology and the other a stomach doctor to find out why I do not respond (as she says ) to the many HRT preps she has given me. I feel this could have been avoided if she kept her word and did the "research" as she said to keep me here in the city instead of driving 4 hours to Ohio. She is… worthless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Hayes is amazing!! I really can't say enough about her and the staff at Rochester fertility. If you are looking for a specialist, GO HERE. I am not pregnant yet but I know I will be soon! The best thing about her is that she is a real person! She will talk to you as long as you like, and will explain everything to you. She has helped me with so much.

Please dont waste your time or money. I was constantly thrown around. Went from having surgery one day to having iui's the next. Office staff is nice where ure there but very rude and cocky over the phone. When i requested that the doctor call me back she made her secretary call me back 2 days later. Go somewhere else dont waste your money or time
