Rosalinda Laspina is licensed in Connecticut and New York City with 10 years of professional work experience. She has experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma, abuse, coping with grief and loss, & depression. Rosalinda's goal is to provide a supportive environment and to empower her clients to achieve their overall goals. Rosalinda Laspina completed her Master's Degree (MSW) at Touro College, New York City. Rosalinda has experience working in the shelter system, court-mandated programs, and with individuals who are struggling with mental health and substance abuse concerns. Rosalinda utilizes different evidence-based models such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, solution-focused, and person-center therapy.
