Dr. Rosalyn M Aranas, MD

Never go to this doctor. She charged me $371 for my first visit but the most unrelievable part is that there was a charge of $639 for the office and evaluation. Almost $1K for a first visit it absurd and unheard of. Never again will I go back to this doctor and this facility.

Your time as a patient will not be valued. Every time I’ve come here they are WAY behind. when I arrived the group already in the lobby had been waiting over 30 minutes for their appointment. By the time they got called back 45 minutes late. I put aside an hour and a half to be safe and they were behind by over an hour! I had to reschedule and go back to work. Ridiculous! They are more focused on remodeling their office than fixing their scheduling practices. Oh and get this if you miss an appointment or cancel there is a hefty fee. So their time matter but not yours.

Dr. Aranas helped me when I needed it with regards to my migraines. However, reaching her or staff by phone is impossible. I have new insurance and my refills cannot roll over. Getting refills after I just saw her 3 months ago for follow up not a chance. I had to contact my PCP. When I am physically there the office is not that busy to not have time to do their work. I have seen them tell patients on the phone that they are busy when they are not.

I had been seeing Dr. Aranas for several years when I decided it was time to taper off my medication, so I booked an appointment with her to discuss. Not only did she not have any tapering recommendations for me, she actually recommended I stop this medication cold turkey. A simple Google search would tell you that's unadvisable. I was left with no other option than to come up with my own tapering schedule and ended up having terrible side effects. Eventually I got more medication from an immediate care doctor, and an appropriate taping schedule, and everything righted itself. Every doctor I have visited since this incident thinks it's unbelievable that I was told to stop this medication cold turkey. After this incident, I lost any prior faith I had in this doctor.

Was refereed to this doctor from a friend, tried calling the office took many rings and finally left a message no one bothered to call me back. I guess they are too busy to take new patients.

Multiple issues, does not return phone calls, staff is a joke. Two years in a row medication was not refilled and we ran out. Never returned calls, and staff does not answer phone during business hours. Staff is rude and condese ding.

This is the first year of my life (age 37) that I have started getting migraines. Dr. Aranas actually listens to me when I explain the pain. She explains what is going on and is patient and respectful. I have had experiences in the past where doctors have dismissed pain all together and are quick to move on to their next patient. Her staff is also very friendly. I would highly recommend this office.

My aunt has seen her two times, and the staff is just above sweet to us all the time.

Dr Aranas is amazing! She was very through in going over my previous medical history with me and the results from the tests I had done. She took the time to listen to me and answered any questions I had. She gave me a clear diagnosis and included me in the decision making process for treatment. Most importantly, she made me feel like she has a genuine desire to help me get better and quite honestly, you don't find that with every Physician. I am confident that with Dr Aranas' help I will be restored to good health. Thank you Dr Aranas! :)
