Dr. Rosanna P Chow, MD

Dr. Chow rush through my exam and did not check my blood pressure when she was told that I have a history of high blood pressure. Her assistant was inexperience and did not know how to take my blood pressure and said she will leave if for the doctor to do. My exam was rush through and when I left the office I realize she only spent less than 10 minutes with me. Bells and Whistles went off in my mind which clearly states she is not the doctor for me.

I have been seeing Dr. Chow for years and I have always had a good experience with her. She is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. The only issue that I have is that I sometimes feel rushed. I know she has a heavy workload, but sometimes I just wish that she could take the time to go through all the questions I have for her but it seems like I can only discuss what I came there for. Another issue which I know is not her fault is that you can't see her for a physical and gynecological exam at the same time. You have to make two separate appointments and pay two co-pays. Overall though, I can tell that she cares about my well being. She fits me into her schedule when I have a problem even though she is booked solid and she calls me personally to discuss any lab findings. A very good family doctor.
