Dr. Rosanne Marie Danielson, MD

After my procedure, this doctor visit me really fast in the room telling me she did not have any significant finds and left immediately. I had a couple of questions to ask but she did not spend a minute to answer them. She just left. Never replied to my email. She scheduled an appointment 2,5 months later while I explained to her I was in pain. She exhibited attitude, bad communication skills during my visit and when she deals with patients fails to really listen and be thorough with their symptoms. She seems to schedules costly procedures but then fails to follow up in time. This says a lot.

Dr. R Danielson, 1st time visit with my mom. Great doctor, very thorough, takes her time explaining and making sure you understand her explanation, not rushing the appointment, she was very patient with my 91 year young mother, awesome doctor!

During the pre-surgery consult for my dad, my dad was jaundiced and very obviously dealing with a lot of severe itching and discomfort on his back. When asked if she could do something to help, Dr. Danielson replied "I don't deal with backs", and did not seek to engage other medical staff to relieve his symptoms. Extreme back itching is highly associated with jaundice. As a GE, she should have known this. Later, while in the recovery room after surgery, she insisted over my objections on telling my dad he had cancer even though he was significantly impaired and still under the effect of the anesthesia. She did not follow up with him when he was mentally alert and able to understand and ask questions.

She really explained things. She drew me a picture of my colon and stomach.

I’ve had problems for years that have kept me from leaving the house in the morning. Dr Danielson got me the medicine I needed and I am so happy I want everyone to know about her. She will listen to you.

She listened to me. I felt better after seeing her.

Dr Danielson was kind. She took really good care of me. She's smart. She worked with me. She took away the unknown and gave me tools to cope with my irritable bowel. She took good care of my mom too.

Kind and capable.

Kind. Thorough. Professional. Compassionate. My appointment was set up with her by the ER. Although she didn't order the testing, she explained to me the normal results of the tests ordered by another doctor before we'd even met. She told me that abdominal pain can be due to a mixture of causes. She told me that the ER testing looked reassuring. She encouraged me to keep a food diary and establish with a primary care provider. I'm so glad she didn't think I needed a colonoscopy! She really seemed to want the best for me.

Thorough, professional and caring. Follow up was timely, she even called me at home on a Saturday!
