Dr. Rosario Lim Cecilio, MD

Dr Rosario Cecilio has been my primary doctor for many years, and has continuously provided the highest quality of medical care for me. I deeply appreciate her expertise and caring attitude.

I like the Dr., I think she did a decent job. However, they really need to manage their appts better. I waited for sooo long, and usually people are in there because they don't feel well. I was sick as a dog and waited 1hr 15mins in the waiting room. Then another 45 in the patient room. I felt so awful and had to sit there. The Dr. can be a little nicer, but she seems to care.

The worst Doctor experience with Dr. Cecilio, has no manners, rude does not allow the patient to speak. She's more worry about having a full waiting room rather than the care of the patients. (Volume is more important than the care). Mom appointment was at 9:30 am , she was check in and was taken to the room where we waited for .45 mins for Doctor to come in and would n't even take the time to review my mothers chart. Mom broke down with doctor due to she has both arms broken and the "UN- HEARTED" Doctor keep on talking and never took a second to say a nice word. HEARTLESS, RUDE, UN PROFESSIONAL and I can keep on going . Worst Doctor I have ever encounter, Reporting her to the Medical Board , Doctors like this SHOULD NOT be practicing any longer.

I just called Dr. Cecilio’s Whittier office & spoke with Erin to try to set up an appt. since the ER doctor wanted me to see my primary doctor ASAP if my pain continued and was told I can’t be seen till May ! This is so wrong and unprofessional and Erin suggested that I find another doctor or wait till May even when I told her I’m in a lot of pain right now!!

Would never recommend her to anyone. She is very rude, doesn't even want to touch you to examine you and refers you to tons of other doctors. Why is she even a doctor if she can't treat you. The wait time is rediculous. Minimum of 2 hour wait time and she's only with you for 5 minutes if your lucky.

I have been going to Dr. Cecilio for over 5 years. She has been very nice and has gotten to know me. I always feel like she cares abount my health. She is always very understanding and is willing to listen to my questions.

Poor service

Dr. Cecilio genuinely cares. She is very thorough.

Seems like getting a lot of patients in, but volume is more important than care. Also, recommending someone who has medi-cal go on disability (who's been out of work due to illness) but charging them $30 to file the paperwork tells a lot about why you became a doctor. $$$$$$$$$

Worst doctor I have EVER been seen by. Absolutely rude in ever way. And the wait time is ridiculous just like her attitude.
