She is a bad doctor .she always late she forgot a lot

The doctor is always late sometimes have to reschedule because she never shows up. I have waited hours for her and she never shows. She lost medical records and her staff isn't knowledgeable . The office is dirty And she forgets the previous visit. I would not recommend this office

You can never contact the office; the mail box is continuoulsy full; on several occaisions I had to take my child to the emergency room for treatment of an ear infection because you cannot get throught to the office to set an appoitment.

FINDING A NEW DOCTOR AS I SPEAK YOU CAN NEVER GET IN CONTACT WITH THE OFFICE THE DOCTOR IS ALWAYS LATE AND I MEAN HOURS LATE ITS OVER CROWDED ALL THE TIME ITS JUST A MESS!!

I took my grandchild to Dr. Dancel's office several times with my grand child and on all occasions the wait was over 2 hours. It appears, from my experience, every one who calls is given a 12:00 P.M. appointment.and when you get there, in both cases, the doctor does not come in until an hour later, by then the office is full. It's sad because the doctor is good, but the customer service is very poor. If you have an appointment with Dr. Dancel, prepare for a two hour wait.
