I have been having severe headaches for more than 3 months. I was in that same hospital 3 weeks ago for 6 hours, they helped me relieve my pain but it never goes away, they have sent me different medications and nothing relieves my pain, after 4 continuous days with severe pain I went once again to ask for emergency help and this great lady, who was not at all humanitarian, attended to me. Her first words were that I did know where she was, referring to the emergency room as if I were ignorant, wasting her time, and she told me it was a migraine and I would have to see a specialist the next appointment for the neurologist is in 5 months in that time who helps me with my pain was my question and she returned to say that the headache is something normal and that it should be treated with a specialist Now my question is, does that lady have the meaning of empathy in her head???????
