Dr. Roseann Sue Chu, MD

I visited this doctors office for preventive care - annual physical exam. But the front desk lady messed up the appointment. So, the doctor wasn’t informed that I was supposed to have a percent care. This wasn’t the issue. The issue was how she handled it and was trying to monetize. She started to asking me questions so, she could find anything to “document” on her record to make this as a some kind of office visit. The right thing to do was: Since she wasn’t expecting it, she could’ve just told me to leave and come back for right appointment. So, I won’t get get charged for unnecessary items. Good and ethical doctors will warn you if you were about to be billed for different reasons other than what you were originally expecting to be billed during the session. (I.e for me, it was an annual physical exam) This lady kept asking more questions to find reasons for this visit to meet the medical procedure code so, she could justify this visit and still charge $500+ for 5-min talk… office visit.

Very knowledgable doctor and she answered all my questions

She takes her time and listens to all of my health issues. She's very attentive. I would recommend her to any of my friends or family. I think the person that wrote the 1 star review needs a Snickers Bar. Dr. Chu is excellent at what she does. Added bonus: She's very attractive too.

Very helpful and caring. I never felt rushed when I would have a visit with her. She is knowledgeable and good at helping you understand the issue.

Most arrogant doctor I have ever seen.
