Dr. Roseann Dorothy Fazio, DO

I've been to many Doctor's thought out my on going illness and I find Dr Fazio to be extremely through, patent, and committed to the care and welfare of her patience.It's been my experience that when You have to wait for a. DR I Received the same quality of care that addresses my medical systems for that day. Good care is worth waiting for especially when I receive the time and care that my medical codition requires. Great Dr and person.

Th wait times in this office are ridiculous. They way over book patients. The upside is that it is easy to get an appointment when you need to see a Dr. last minute and she does have late hours. Just be prepared to wait around an hour or more in the waiting room and then another 30+ minutes in the examination rooms. They have also had me come in for things that can be handled over the phone and have charged me a copay even when not having an office visit for instance just picking up paperwork or refills as follow-ups to previous appointments. I do like Dr. Fazio, she is pleasant and easy to talk to, you but the office feels disorganised and cramped and the support staff is horrendous. They are rude, have lost paperwork, and I've hear them sniping at each other in front of patients which is highly unproffesional.

Wait time in this office is ridiculous. You are not given an app. time just a date to come in. Be prepared to wait at least an hour or more. She also makes you come in for unnecessary visits that could be taken care of over the phone.
