Dr. Roseanne Mary Cook, MD

My interactions with Dr. Cook took place many years ago, however from what I know about her - she is not going to change in terms of absolute dedication to her patients. Dr. Cook is a very honorable, well-respected doctor. It is unfortunate if other prospective patients encountered difficulties reaching Dr. Cook's office by phone due to her heavy patient load as it is. Dr. Cook serves her patients in vast numbers, dedicating many hours serving God as she serves her patients, so of course she is limited as a single human being as to how much she can do for the people in her community. I admire her intelligence, combined with her very good work ethics, and especially her great bedside manner in terms of excellent communication skills by listening with keen interest to each of her patients.

I have no idea! I have tried to call Dr. Cook's clinic for two days in a row, several times throughout the day, trying every extension multiple times. The results: (A) NEVER an answer. (B) Voice mail picks up only to tell me that that person's voice mail box is full. What kind of practice can this be? It would be very sad if I were an actual patient; though if I were an actual patient, I would promptly find another physician. I am a medical profession at another physician's office with vital information regarding a mutual patient. As it stands, I have yet to reach ANYONE at this office to relay this information, nor can I even get a fax number to fax the information. I guess my next step will be to refer the patient to another primary care physician.
