Dr. Rosela J Rich, MD

This practitioner provided erroneous medical orders to nursing staff regarding a newborn baby. Her orders contradicted medical policy at the hospital she was allowed to practice in as well as general medical practices. When this was brought to her attention she denied responsibility.

Dr is ok , she spends time examining my child and answering questions. You feel like you bother her tho when asking questions. If you call the nurse phone they NEVER pick up , u leave a voice mail and never get called back. I'm a first time mom with questions that they may not think are important but to me a simple phone call makes you feel better. Don't go here ! Staff sucks !

Dr. Rich was very helpful. Even though, my baby was crying during the whole doctor's visit, Dr. Rich was very patience when examining my baby. She took some time to advice me about breastfeeding and what to expect from my baby in those early days. She follow up with me after the visit and made sure I follow up her instruction and that my baby was doing better.

Dr. Rich was rude and condescending. She was uncomfortable when I asked her questions about my son's condition. Her bedside manner was not appropriate. Will never go back to this office.
