She's the best! She has been good to me from the beginning. I love the interpersonal relationship where I don't feel like just another patient.

Wow! I wish I would have never wasted my time going to this doctor. I made an appointment and gave my insurance information by phone. My insurance was verified before I arrived. I left work early to make it to the appointment 30 minutes early. The lady at the front desk gave me the paperwork to fill out. This entire time no one informed me that they do not accept cash and that they are required to put a debit card on file. After completing all the paperwork, the lady at the front desk tells me that they are required to put a debit card on file or they will not see me. I asked to talk to the office manager and she was very rude. She said that I will be turned away if I do not put a debit card on file. Needless to say, I was turned away and not seen by the doctor. I have worked in Miami Springs for over 15 years. I can tell that the staff from this office are not from Miami Springs.

Dr Bonilla is by far the best Doctor I have ever been to. My best friend referred me to her and I am so glad she did!!!

Dr. Bonilla makes you feel very comfortable. Her and her staff are extremely kind with good sense of humors. The longest I have waited for my name to be called is 5 minutes. I'm quickly in and out during my lunch hour. Follow ups are always done.
