Dr. Rosemarie Matura Read, MD

Dr. Read had been seeing my girl for the past 5 years. But every time i visit i don't see her connecting well with my concerns for my child. We thought its her style. But, my last visit was horrible. I could'nt believe she actually body shamed my girl commenting on her skirt length that my daughter cried until we got home. And she always shrugged off my concern on my little girl's condition. Her body language was very mechanical and less empathetic in her talks. I wont be seeing Doctor Reade again even if its urgency.

I have been taking my 3 children to Dr. Read for over 8 years. The experience we have had with Dr. Read is extremely positive. At well visits, Dr. Read takes her time with each child, relates very well to them and allows them to have an active part in their visits. Her bedside manner is great, and time she gives to me as a parent to discuss any issues is very appreciated. The response time when Dr. Read is on-call is fast and effective, no matter what time of date. Dr. Read is not a doctor to over prescribe antibiotics when not required, as a parent this is very important as I hate to have my children over-medicated. Dr. Read is a caring physician that has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it has come to the many issues we have had not limited to but including recommending specialist and dealing with the daily issues of food allergies, asthma, adenoid surgery, ear infections and tubes. All of my children enjoy visiting the doctor when they know they are going to see… Dr. Read which also makes life as a parent easier. Dr. Read is a great asset to this wonderful practice!

Drs. Reid, Samuel, Fierstein, Lippman, Goldstein are all very wonderful doctors!! There are newer onesalso.
