Dr. Rosemary Buckle

Waited 1/2 hour in the waiting room and 2 hours in the other room. Finally the doctor came but wasn’t Dr.Buckle. It was another doctor because Dr. Buckle was on vacation. What a surprise. We left after almost 3 hours without haven’t seen the doctor. Terrible customer service in the front office.

We came all the way downtown to the new office building had to pay for parking then go up to the appointments that was scheduled from the automated system come to find out that they have not updated their systems yet which would give information about the new office building so therefore I parking was not validated we had to pay for parking for an appointment that was not officially scheduled through the doctor's office it was only scheduled through the automated service we had to miss work for appointment that didn't even exist that's my review

This Dr. was 2 hours behind with appts. the day I was supposed to have had mine. Nobody bothered to call and tell me she was so far behind. I wasted 3.5 hours sick time and ended up leaving without seeing the Dr. My appt. was for 1:45 I left her office at 4:10 without having been seen.

I waited 3 hours on my initial visit. I was seen by a physician's assistant that did not even introduce herself. I'm going back to go over the result of and MRI. The only one to call me and give me the initial findings was the receptionist.

While it's true she does run behind schedule, it's also worth waiting for her. My hip replacement was in 2013 and I was up and about in 5 weeks and haven't had a problem since. Matter of fact, I've set off alarms in public buildings and airports more than once because I forgot I have an artificial hip.

While you may need to wait to see her, she is thorough and compassionate. She and her staff will go the extra mile. With medicine the way it is now, this is a big asset. We need more doctors like her.

Was referred to her by a neurologist for hand surgery. Successful surgery and her staff has great bedside manner during pre and post op care.
