Office was friendly and wait wasn't too long. I got the tests done that I needed and treated well.

I disagree with previous reviewers. I have been seeing Dr Greenslade for ~2 years and have found her to be thorough, complete and explains your diagnosis to you well.

Dr Greenslade was attentive, empathetic and concerned . She took the time to call me herself about an potentially serious finding on an xray that was not related to why I say her to explain why I needed to be seen further for it. I have never experienced that at other urgent care's

Approachable, listened to my concerns, well trained

I do not recommend her. She does not write good reports she does not do full evaluations and evaluated what has already been evaluated. She exhorts money for a bit so professional report and takes three months for 20 day report.

This doctor did not take her time to diagnose me. She "knew" already what I was feeling and what was wrong with me in just less than one minute of her time spent with me. It is just a waste of your time and money to seek her services. She is rude, insensitive, and incompetent. I would never recommend this doctor to anybody! Stay away from her!!!!!!!

Not worth waiting three hours just to be told to take over the counter drugs for pain when they don't work. Took no time to actually figure out why I was in sever pain.

Dr. Greenslade took 2 hours to see me, once she was in the exam room she assessed me in less than 2 minutes and told me to go buy sudafed. I told her I have chronic ear infections and would be flying back home from Colorado Springs in 2 days and needed something stronger to dry up my ears and sinuses so she said she would call something in. When I got to the pharmacy, it turns out she called in an over-the-counter decongestant. SHE WAS AN ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MY TIME AND I RECOMMEND NOT BEING TREATED BY DR. GREENSLADE.

The doctor snapped at my 4 year old while she was trying to swab his painful, infected ear. My son was begging for me to take him home after seeing this doctor. I would rather pay a $100 ER co-pay than pay $15 to see this doctor again. She had absolutely no empathy and the worst bedside manner I have ever seen. By far the worst doctor I have seen. This was a pretty big disappointment as I generally get very good treatment from CSHP.

I came in to see Dr. Greenslade for scoliosis and minor depression. I told her I did not want any anti-depressants, only natural suggestions. I had been diagnosed with scoliosis and told the office that my chiropractor would be happy to send over my xrays, but they forced me to do xrays there again. Which I ended up being charged an arm and a leg for. When I asked her for pain meds for my condition so I could continue work, she told me she did not believe in pain meds for muscular skelatal problems. So she prescribed me Cymbalta, I explained I had already had a bad experience with zoloft the year before but she insisted I would be fine. When I took the cymbalta two days later it caused me to have serotonin syndrome. She has been a doctor long enough to know that the reaction I described from my one pill of zoloft probably meant my body does not cope well with serotonin products. I called her office that Monday morning explaining that I was having suicidal thoughts and extreme… mental issues. They told me to wait it out a few days and call back if it did not get better. It got worse, I called again and it took them all day to get back to me. The nurse said that Dr. Greenslade had reviewed my chart and to "discontinue my use of the lexapro and she could get me some zoloft". They couldn't even get the drug that she had given me right. My life has been a nightmare ever since. The serotonin poisioning caused a chemical imbalance in my brain and now I am on two very serious drugs and have to see a psychiatrist and a general practioner. Luckily my new doctor is excellent and very caring. I am lucky I survived my serotonin poisoning, it can kill people if they are not seen by a doctor or emergency room immediately. Dr. Greenslade ruined my life with her negligence. I do not have any hope at the moment of recovery. If I do not take my new meds I have thoughts of suicide and I just want to stop exisisting. I was not this way before the cymbalta.
