Dr. Rosemary David Reyes, DO

My experience with Dr. Rosemary Reyes was frustrating. I scheduled my appointment for August after being told to wait from June, but they canceled it the day before. The staff member who called was rude and unapologetic. They offered only two choices: reschedule for October or take a chance with a walk-in visit, no assurance of seeing the doctor. It's clear they don't value patients' time or well-being. I strongly advise against choosing this doctor. The lack of options and unhelpful staff left me disappointed. Seeking medical care should not be this difficult. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Won't comment on clinical acumen however all else at the administrative level was rather unprofessional and probably disorganized (as the CEO of this clinic). Avoid.

Gracias a ella encontre la felicidad de nuevo me mando hacer un ultrasonido vaginal y si me encontraron ovarios en mexico me dijieron ke abia nacido sin ovarios y sin utero y asi me sometieron a una lamparoscopia estaba deprimida y triste por ke nunka iba a ser mama ahora kon esta doctora rosemary reyes me esta ayudando para ser mamá gracias

Dr Reyes seems to be knowledgeable and professional, her staff on the other hand is horrible. You can't get your referrals sent out as ordered, you can't get medical records transferred out, you can't get anything from the staff. If all you need is to see the doctor, then she is great. If you need a specialist to be referred for you, you will wait 6 months of complaining until it happens, then your medical records you will have to have them print them and carry them over yourself as they seem to not know how to use email or fax.

I cant rate the doctor because I never got a chance to see her I needed a PCP and was given my first apointment 2.5weeks out because she was on vacation. On my day of the apointment I called to reschedule and the girl said I couldn't be on schedule to see her because she was on maternity leave. She put me on hold to make another appointment and never came back on the line. 15min later I hung up and I never received a call from anybody to check in about missing my first appointment. Such a waste of time and they lie

Excellent office great response to appointment including walkin-ins. Caring staff. Prompt appointments.
