Dr. Rosemary Gordon Robbins, MD

Received a bill for a No-show appt. I called to get my son rescheduled. When I called I asked if they do reminder calls, I was told sometimes...Really that is your answer. I had booked this appointment like 4 weeks ago and a reminder call would have been helpful so to not miss it. Then I was told since it was a new pt that I would possibly not be able to reschedule. Like really you want to charge me for missing it then tell me I cant reschedule. Why would I then pay that bill. So I do not recommend this practice to anyone that wants to be treated with kindness because the staff here is very rude and tells me that the reason that they sometimes don't do reminder calls is because they are understaffed. Not my problem or my business so why would you share this practices short comings with your patients. Last thing I am in the medical field and in my 16 years of working in the medical field if the office I worked for did reminder calls we found a way to get them done. Our pts really… appreciated getting them. Just like I would have appreciated getting one.

Unbelievably poor service. Gave us the wrong address to their own office. I guess it is easier for them to charge cancelation fees if they send us to the wrong place. Had to miss my son's first appointment as I had to drop off the wife to make it inside in a reasonable time. Staff is rude and arrogant on the phone.

Dr Robbins is a wonderful doctor that treats her patients with kindness and wisdom. She has been our family pediatrician for nearly twenty years.

Dr. Robbins is a very good doctor but you hardly see her. Almost every time you go to see her its always a nurse or other doctor. It's almost as if your changing your confidentiality in each visit with each different doctor/nurse

Dr. Robbins was nice, but we hardly ever saw her. We always got bumped to another doc. I cannot even begin to describe my level of frustration with this practice. First of all, it takes FOREVER to get an appointment with them. They never respected our decision to hold off on vaccinations for the first year--hounding and guilting us every visit. And their receptionist is very rude. One time my car battery died and I was going to be late for an appointment. My husband rushed home from work to drive us. We weren't even 15 minutes late and were 2 minutes from the office when the receptionist called me and told me not to bother...they wouldn't fit us in! Despite the fact that I explained the situation, they were rude and extremely unhelpful. That was the last straw for us!
