Dr. Rosenberg Acosta Reyes, MD

When trying to call about a patient's medication list, I was on the phone for 30 min and never reached a single person in the office. I tried to leave a voicemail and the mail box was full. objectively a poorly run office.

Dr. Reyes is compassionate and has so much empathy for his patients, that I’ve never seen before. He talks to you, takes his time diagnosing what your illness is and he honestly cares. Best Dr. Ever!! ??

wHO'S RUNNING THIS OFFICE? OR SHOULD I SAY WHO THINKS "SHE'S" RUNNING THIS OFFICE? THE MONTH BEFORE COVID I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO HORRIBLE. THE IS SCARED TO DEATH OF HIS FRONT END GIRL. THERE IS A REASON WHY, CAN YOU GUESS? HE HAS A FEW OLDER PATIENTS BUT SLOWLY THEY ARE DYING OFF ONE WAY OR ANOTHER, EITHER BY POOR CARE OR THE FACT THEY {WE} CAN'T TAKE THE FRONT END GIRL NASTY MOUTH AND THE WAY SHE TREATS PEOPLE. iF I COULD I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS. 7 YEARS DOWN THE DRAIN. THANKS FOR YOUR CARE.

lthis man is a wonderful caring funny an allaround wonderful Dr...he saved mylife when i was ill.he visited me .he is flat out a doctor that wont sugar coat any news but gives as a friend or family member would ....iv been a paient for a number of years an would not go to any one other than ...he is my doc an i call him a friend as well .my name is kevin livers

Been a patient of docs for almost 20yrs. If your looking for a place where your in and out... don’t bother... He takes his time with his patients (something which is necessary) listening to problems both medical and personal to actually access in depth problems which might be hidden even by the patient. He cares about every single person who walks through his door to be seen you might get a 15 minute visit with him, (after waiting to be seen) or you might be there all day but HE is worth waiting for if you want the best!!!!!

Dr Rosenberg is a excellent DOCTOR! When I went to him I was sick, hurting and was ready to give up on ever finding a Doctor that really cared about people suffering! I had migraines headaches so badly. I couldn’t sleep. I came in about 3:00 and was waiting and waiting. What I seen was he was really looking into people’s pain finding the root of the problems that was going on

Very poor patient care

The staff or most of them could care less about you, they are very rude wont do their job, office and lab is dirty, good luck on getting anything done like test set up wait time is crazy you will be there most of the day, not sure why the doctor puts up with it, office manager and her daughter both or useless sad cause Dr. Reyes is a good doctor, staff will not answer the phone they stay outside and smoke most of the time, leaving the office with medicine room unlocked. Would not run my business that way wish the Doctor would open his eyes before the staff causes him to lose his practice,

he is a wonderful Dr. but the staff are mother and daughter and all they do is smoke all day and do no work except try to find a way to get more money off of you.They will ruin Dr Reyes office.Dont try to get a referral anywhere,you wont get it.

He's a great Doctor. Need to address waiting area and triple booking. Wait time is way to long. .Plan to spend the day to see him bring book snacks and something to drink like a rum and coke.
