Dr. Roset Nesam Samuel, MD

Unprofessional, unreliable, and unavailable. She repeatedly excused herself from visiting my father in the hospital and didn't show her face for 5 days. She arrived immediately after we requested a change of physician and repeatedly attempted to pressure us into retaining her while making it clear that she had not even read his file. If we hadn't been there to stop her, she would've pulled the new pacemaker's leads out of his heart due to her negligence. Revoke this woman's license. Do not allow her to "treat" anyone else. The entire staff of the hospital is glaringly aware of how unreliable she is. Zero stars.

DR. SAMUEL IS VERY CARING, ENCOURAGING AND COMFORTING. SHE IS A GREAT COMMUNICATOR AND LISTENER. SHE EXPLAINS SO I UNDERSTAND AND ANSWERS MY QUESTIONS TO MY SATISFACTION. I TRUST MY HEALTHCARE TO HER KNOWING I AM IN GREAT HANDS. HER OFFICE ATMOSPHERE IS AWESOME GIVING ME JOY WARMING MY HEART AND LEAVING ME WITH A SMILE. I LOVE THE PLANTS, PLAQUES, FISH AND GRATITUDE AREA. IT IS TASTEFUL, CHARMING AND UNIQUE. OFFICE HAS A WARM HOME FEEL TO IT. VERY FRIENDLY PLACE AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. SAMUEL.

She has saved me and my family for years. She takes excellent care of all of us. Yes, sometimes you have to wait, but I’d rather wait for her than anyone else! So if you’d rather not wait a bit, then you could find someone else who only has 5 minutes for you, or doesn’t have time to see you when you’re in the hospital. It’s up to u!

The fact that this survey only has up to an hour wait time shows that other doctors actually treat patients within an hour. If you see Dr. Samuels, you will wait 4-5 HOURS. That's right, HOURS. You will be moved from one small room to another where you will sit and steam. She's a very smart doctor, very knowledgeable, but you will NOT come first in her practice. She is disorganized and when she finally sees you, she is rushed. Definitely, don't schedule appointments with her.

Friends recommended Rio Grande for my family care. I decided to choose Dr.Samuel as my daughter's family doctor. I scheduled an appt at 2PM and showed up 30 minutes before my appt. I kept waiting for 4 hours!!! The staff keep saying you will be next!! Finally one of the nurses told me that she is still at the hospital and when she is done she will come to the clinic !!! What does it mean then, having an appt at 2PM? I am a mother for three kids and don't have the whole time in the world to spend sitting in the clinic waiting for the doctor to shower us with her mercy by seeing my daughter. After the doctor finally came, we complained about this issue. Surprisingly, she was never apologetic nor considerate. We cancelled the appt and refused to let her see my daughter. I meet several patients in the waiting room who had the several issue of extremely long waiting time. Doctor Samuel: We are humans not machines sitting out there waiting for you. If you were blessed with knowledge and… experience, you should know that ethics and respect for your patients comes first before knowledge and experience. Patients are not just tools to earn money with, they are humans!!!! I would never recommend her to any one and I will look for another more respectful doctor in the clinic or somewhere else.

She and her husband own RGMG, so she can do anything she can do. She start seeing patients after 4:30 in afternoon. So, if you have an appointment for 1pm, 4 to 5 hours waiting is normal. The least I can day is not nice what she is doing. She has othet things to do like checking her adult living business then come to RGMG and see each patient for 2 to 3 minutes. I think someone need to something about this. Treating patients this way is terrible and if you read other comments, you can see that she been doing this for years. Please someone do something. I know several patients did complain, including myself, but nothing happend.

I have been going to dr. Samuels for over 20 years. I like and trust Dr. Samuels. Dr. Samuels two nurse assts. are useless. Both Assts. are rude, uncaring, unaware and do not understand patient empathy. I have been NUMEROUS times to Dr. Samuels office and have waited over 4 and 5 hours to see her. Many many times. The staff lies about her where a bouts and for hours Dr. Samuels is missing from her office. Waiting in a doctors office for 4 or 5 hours is not normal and no one should have to go through that. NO ONE should have to go through that EVERYTIME they want to see their doctor. These problem are so big and so stressful that I will not be going back to Dr. Samuels. I will go through all the pains to switch and change doctors.
