Dr. Roshan Ramesh Lala, MD

I have been treated by Dr. Layla and wish their was a way that I could be solely treated by him when admitted to the hospital. I suffer from very bad asthma attacks that at times cause me to be intubate day. Because within most attacks I am struggling to breath and coughing, the early days of my attack include severe pain. The other hospitalist at Banner Del Webb refuse to listen and tell me, there is no sever pain in asthma. They always ask me what do I do for pain at home, well duh, I don’t have pain if I’m not in an acute attack. He listened, treate dmy pain for the first few days of my attack and made sure I was comfortable. He is the o my one to listen!

I was recently seen by Dr. La la while in Del Webb hospital in Sun City, Arizona. I've been seen by an overabundance of doctors both in private practice and those within hospitals over the years due to my numerous medical issues, trust and believe me when I say overabundance of doctors! Dr Lala is the FIRST who was 110% authentic, genuinely concerned, spoke with me, not to me, in terms that I can understand, patient with me, really listened to me, explained 1 of my condition causing me such awful pain, more so than surgeon who performed my neck surgery (titanium rods C3 tutu C6) and I love my surgeon. Dr Lala is one of few doctors who did NOT make me feel like a lunatic and truly understood the extent of my pain, explained in detail each of the meds he was sending me home with, detailed other meds he thought would potentially help me function better daily without or with minimal pain and other meds he did not suggest. He listened to me without making me feel I was bothering him or… holding him up, although i knew how extremely busy he was.
