Rosina Callisto, MS, RN, FNP-BC

Rosina Callisto, MS, RN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centered care with a focus on preventive health, chronic disease management and patient education.
She earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Long Island University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University, an Associate Degree in Nursing from SUNY Westchester Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science from Syracuse University.
Ms. Callisto completed more than 600 hours of clinical training in primary care, women’s health and pediatrics, gaining experience in the management of acute and chronic conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disorders and respiratory illnesses. Her training also included preventive screenings, wellness visits and care coordination with specialists and multidisciplinary teams.
Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Ms. Callisto spent more …than eight years as a Registered Nurse at White Plains Hospital, caring for patients on Unit 5E as well as in Interventional Radiology, where she provided patient assessments, pre- and post-procedural care and recovery management.
