listened to my old Psychiatrist from Virginia this afternoon defending his financial defense after leaving me stranded not once but twice after moving back here. Have been left without a Dr to adjust my meds, even knowing as a clinical social worker, they were needed..as no Dr's would take "new medicare" patients especially this political climate...Dr Collins abandons his patients no matter the cost to them

He walked out on his private patients over 2 years ago...still do not have a new doctor, even though I know my meds need attention...No psychiatrist taking new patients since the stand-in in Memphis who worked till his end with cancer, Lord be with him, died who tried to help when he walked out stranding me the last time.

He walked out on his private practice twice, leaving me stranded...this last time, have after over two years ago, not found a new psychiatrist taking new Medicare patients. Just a heads up!

Dr. Ross Collins saved my life through his extremely thorough knowledge of both typical and atypical/older medications/treatment! Thank you Dr. Collins!

Dr. Collins left me in the lurch twice. Problem with the last time I have been unable to find a new doctor. One was kind enough to get me meds when he left with no notice last time but my trust level of psychiatrist is zilch now! Additionally the dr who took over for him has been out sick over a year. So I am still left hanging. Being bipolar, meds screwed up, and no dr is scarey! I really liked him.

Dr. Collins can be quite rude and pretentious. Won't spend time with you or listen unless your family is well off. Very brief and just acts as if he's disgusted with his work. Friendly staff, although the nurses act a bit intimidated around him.

Shady doctor, leaves in the middle of the night without telling patients. He went from treating adults to kids. He will leave your kids stranded and go back to treating adults. He has had offices in Arkansas, Miss. , and TN. He will NOT forward records.He needs his liscence taken for good !!!!

A kind man who seems genuinely interested.

He is a good caring doctor. But he has moved so many times without telling people where he is going. Like i needed a copy of my records and i couldnt get until now.

BE VERY WARY OF TRUSTING YOUR HEALTHCARE DOLLARS WITH THIS MAN. HE MAY APPEAR CARING AND CONSIDERATE IN PERSON, BUT HIS RECORD IS SHADY AND HE HAS PAST HISTORY OF CLOSING DOWN VARIOUS BRANCHES OF HIS PRACTICE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION, AS WELL AS DAYS HE IS SUPPOSED TO BE IN HIS OFFICE. HIS STAFF IS NOTORIOUS FOR NOT RETURNING PHONE CALLS AND MAKING APPOINTMENT CHANGES. THIS DOCTOR HAS SHIFTED HIS VARIOUS CLINICS IN HIS PRACTICE FROM MISSISSIPPI TO TENNESSEE TO ARKANSAS AND EVERYWHERE IN BETWEEN. PLUS HE RAN OFF WITH MY MEDICAL RECORDS WITHOUT BOTHERING TO INFORM ME WITH A CERTIFIED LETTER AS REQUIRED BY LAW THAT HE WAS TERMINATIING HIS PRACTICE IN MY AREA TO GIVE ME THIRTY DAYS NOTICE TO FIND A NEW DOCTOR.
