Dr. Ross Charles Hensley, MD

Knows what he’s taking about. But extremely rude and arrogant and not a pleasure to visit.

Great receptionist service. Warm and friendly, Medical assistant the same. Dr. Hensley was very thorough and answered all my questions and would ask me "what else is going" which gave me time to think about any other skin concerns I might have and he would address it. He was informative and direct and got the job done

My primary care dr. Schedule my appointment, with your office I was only told I had to bring my copay, nothing was said about paying the whole bill when I got to your office, I guess that’s something they forgot to mention, I took and wasted a 1/2 day vacation to keep my appointment, yes we did fall behind on our bill but it was brought current several years back, but I guess that doesn’t matter either Won’t come back
