There was not even a visit to this doctor after unsuccessfully trying to schedule one. I was being told one excuse after another about why they were waiting to review my old records from prior gastro doctor before making an appointment and here we are 3 weeks later still with nothing scheduled and they have had my records. I informed them that there is nothing to review because up until now no gastric issues, but now with possible chemo side effects and wanting to tackle things before they get worse i have been completely ignored and pushed aside and can only guess it is because of my prior diagnoses and not wanting to deal with it so thank you very much to the rude staff, blocked phone calls and ignored messages before i became a patient because i can only imagine if there is a problem i can now rest assured that someone else will be handling it and not this office who most likely does not want to deal with patients who have a serious comorbidity and have different rules according… to patient history. Unfortunately for them I am not shy about telling other potential patients to stay away and now after reading other reviews, you did me a favor and I will now continue to pass this info forward in hopes of saving another patient from a huge mistake in gastro physician selection.

After waiting for this appointment for over 3 months, I had the worse experience at a doctor's office. I got there and was yelled at by the receptionist because I was 11 minutes late. That young woman is beyond rude and sarcastic. She didn't even say hello. She called me by my last name with no title. She also addressed me as "Dear". When I asked about my copayment she said it was 50.00. I told her that was incorrect and she again said that it was 50.00. In fact my copayment is 5.00. She was planning to over charge me. After filling out the routine forms for a first visit, I was asked for a credit or debit card to leave on file. I informed her I had none and she directed me to the office manager. I explained to her that the front desk person had been extremely rude and unprofessional and she replied that she was working alone because the other girl had been fired and added that she was stressed. I told her about being asked for an incorrect amount of copayment and she said… that the other fired employee had written it with an extra zero by mistake. I was told that without a credit card I could not be seen by the doctor even though I had my copayment in cash. I was also told that I could not talk to the doctor. When I asked why I had not been told on the telephone to bring a credit card, she replied it was private. I told her that I had been asked to bring my insurance card, driver's license and a mask so why not add a credit card to the list. I also told her that they were discriminating against patients that had no credit or debit cards and refusing to offer medical attention for that reason. How is this possible. How can this doctor offer herself in this manner. I am distraught over this visit. People go to doctor's looking for help not abuse. This doctor should be sanctioned and removed from Memorial, Sanitas and Florida Blue. I will do whatever I can to make sure this happens to no one else. Please read the other reviews left and you will see a pattern. Please do not go there. Doctors take an oath to help patients in good faith and with their best interest at heart, you will not find any of those things at this office. Even though it doesn't make a difference because I have medical insurance, I guess they thought that because I had no credit card, I had no money but boy were they wrong..........big big big mistake!

Please do not visit Dr. Rossana Moura She is unethical and unprofessional as well as her staff and receptionist, actually the receptionist just violated the patient confidentiality act (HIPPA). I called to ask for a real prescription since the original prescription the Dr. gave my was not even signed, the receptionist told me she was not going to fax it to the pharmacy and that I had to pick it up my self, After I got there she didn’t even say hello and was very rude, she handed me the prescription saying loudly and sarcastically what prescription it was in front of other 2 patients that were waiting in the waiting area, she then confronted me about a review I left about the Doctor in a Website, and proceeded to tell me “you left that review and here you are again picking up your prescription for ****” I replied “Yes! My insurance paid for the consultation and I am here again because the Dr didn’t even signed the prescription the first time” she was very angry and loud! I also noticed… that she didn’t sent the prescription to my pharmacy via fax as retaliation because of the 1st review I left and because she wanted to confront me in person (very professional and ethical, right?). This is a complete violation to my confidentiality! why she didn’t not confronted me in the website where I left the comment? Because PROFESSIONAL Drs never reply to online reviews since is almost impossible not to violate HIPPA rules, but here is the receptionist doing so in front of other 2 patients. This is the worst experience ever! Please do not visit this Dr. she only cares about money.

I had an excellent experience, from scheduling to checking out. Dr Moura gave me time to talk, and I didn't feel rushed, like other doctors had made me feel. She took the time to explain my condition, and went over in detail about the treatment. I feel better already! I definitely recommend Dr Moura.

I had an appointment today for a consultation. I need to have a colonoscopy done and she was so rude about it. Told me no insurance will ever cover me because my condition. She was rude and cold. She has a bad attitude and doesn’t care about her patients only about the money. Her staff is very nice and she should learn some manners from them. I will not be going to her to get my colonoscopy done this consultation with her today showed me she is not the doctor for me.

I had an appointment with Dr. Moura today and from start to finish I had an amazing experience. Rosalind, was very helpful and she is such a great person. I definitely recommend this practice.

I JUST HAD A COLONOSCOPY AND ENDOSCOPY PERFORMED BY DR MOURA TODAY. SHE WAS EXCELLENT IN EVERY ASPECT. I GIVE HER A 5 OUT OF 5.

If you are looking for a second opinion , do not even call this office. Weird!

Dr Moura took the time to listen to my health problems and explained in detail about my condition and treatment. She was very attentive, polite and didn't rush me like other doctors.
