I love Dr. Nazareno. She spends time to get to know her patients. She is knowledgeable and professional. The wait time is not very long and her staff is friendly and efficient.

Dr. Nazareno was impatient, short-tempered, rude, and did not listen. She seemed to think that she knew answers to my questions before I asked them. When I expressed concern about a problem that had recently affected a brother and a sister, she said that she didn't have time to discuss it. She refused to refill a prescription, because, although the medicine was legal, she said that the doctors who came under legal scrutiny for prescribing controlled substances tended to be primary care physicians and that she would not jeopardize her 14-year-old son's future just for a patient. (Silly me. I thought the doctor's visit should have been about me.)

She may be a good technician, however, as a clinician she fails miserably. Jumps to conclusions, will not admit error, tries to browbeat a patient in distress. She was retaliatory when asked to severe the medical relationship. Be warned!
