This dr is a dim bulb. She is a money grabber and rude. I would never refer her

I am being sued by this person who calls herself a doctor. I went to a hospital that is in my network, she happened to read my report. First of all I should NEVER have gotten a bill from her since my hospital is in network and I obviously have no control over who is going to read the results of my test. My insurance company sent her a check over 2 years ago for the negotiated rate that her clearly inept office never cashed and my insurance company voided after 2 years and now I'm being sued by this idiot. What's really frightening is she is clearly taking advantage of other people who may not know any better. Shame on you, Roxana. I'm also going to report you to the hospital.

I had a umbilical hernia 10 years ago. Dr. Klein operated on it but it came back again bigger I went thru surgery this time a surgical mesh was put in. I was getting sick hernia kept opening not healing went back to Dr. She put me thru MRI I was called immediately to get back to hospital. It turns out I contracted a severe staff infection. Again she operated supposedly trying to clean out my adobamem cut away some infected intestines and a subcutaneous pump was put in along with a pic line so I could give myself antibiotics. This went on for over 2 months finally the pump n pic line was removed but I was left with a small opening that she skin graft. Ok you think I was better now NOPE a month later my stomach opened up again! Again I went into surgery this time she took out the mesh stating she placed all my intestines in place and closed me up. So in reality after all my pain and suffering I was back at the beginning but with a hernia as big as a beach ball. Her response was she… couldn't help me any more see another doctor!! I'm now living with a beach ball hernia for the past 6 years because at this point I'm scared of surgery and every doctor I been to really doesn't want to take on this operation. Stay away from Dr. Klein she may seem like a great but she is deceiving.

I'm seeing this doctor because I had many DVT in leg after surgery. Had surgery again two times with in a weeks time being off meds (blood thinners) called office asked to talk to doctor if I should have a Doppler for possible blockages. Office is totally unprofessional an should be fired.

Dr. Kline is the best doctor!! The staff was wonderful and nice.

WAITED OVER 2 HOURS FOR VISIT THAT I HAD TO LEAVE WORK 1 HOUR EARLY FOR ONLY TO WAIT. DOCTOR THEN RUSHED THROUGH MY VISIT NOT PROVIDING ADEQUATE TIME. THEN SAID A PROCEDURE I NEEDED WAS ONLY PAYABLE IN CASH???? LEFT WITH A RX FOR A TEST- CALLED MY INSURANCE CARRIER WHO STATED THE DOCTORS OFFICE MUST CALL IN WITH CODE AND REASON FOR TEST EVEN THOUGH I DO NOT NEED A REFERRAL THIS STAFF SAID I NEEDED AUTHORIZATION FIRST THEN A REFERRAL WHICH IS INCORRECT. CALLED THE OFFICE BACK AND NO ONE AT THE DESK SEEMS TO KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE SCRIPT THE DOCTOR WROTE EVEN THOUGH I SAW THEM MAKE A PHOTO COPY TO PUT IN MY CHART. THEY ARE ABSOLUETLY USELESS AND IN MY STANDARDS STUPID!!! YOU ARE DEALING WITH SICK PEOPLE WHO IN SOME CASES HAVE AN EMERGENCY THAT REQUIRES IMMEDIATE ATTENTION. AFTER NUMEROUS PHONES CALLS BETWEEN MY INSURANCE CARRIER AND THIS DOCTOR OFFICE I STILL HAVE NOT HAD MY NECESSARY TESTING DONE - 2 MONTHS LATER AND MANY CALLS WITH THE OFFICE MANAGER STILL NO WHERE.… THE OFFICE MANAGER EFFIE BECAME VER Y LOUD, YELLING AT ME TELLING ME SHE KNOWS MORE THAN MY INSURANCE COMPANY ON MY PLAN REFUSED TO LET ME SPEAK THEN BECAME BELIGERANT STATING SHE IS VERY BUSY, LIKE I HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO THAN CALL THEM ALL DAY TO GET A TEST DONE. THEN SHE HUNG UP ON ME. HOW RUDE IS THIS OFFICE. EVEN MY FAMILY PHYSICIAN SAID WHY DID I GO HERE. THERE OFFICE WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE. NOW I KNOW WHY. SO HEADS UP EVERYONE THIS OFFICE IS NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. I WILL NOW BE SEEKING ANOTHER PHYISCIAN WHO I HOPE AS A BESIDE MANNER AND A FRIENDLY AND EDUCATED STAFF.
