Dr. Roxana Patricia Minkus, DO

Dr. Roxana Minkus herself is a good doctor in my experience. However, her front office staff is the most unprofessional group of girls I've ever come across. They NEVER call back when they say they will and continuously provided me incorrect information. Ever time I would call I would be placed on hold for a very long time. They couldnt answer my questions and avoided the issue at all cost. I was accepted as a new patient, saw Dr. Minkus and was given a referral just to later find out they arent taking new patients and I need to go elsewhere. Mind you, this was 2 weeks after I had already seen her. All information that I had to find myself through insurance. Never did they call to let me know. I had to follow up with these girls to get an answer and was just told "sorry" ...they wasted my time when I need medical attention. I would refer Dr Minkus if she had different staff.

If I could give a negative star rating, I would. Horrible doctor and her staff is equally awful. Did not take any time and did not listen to any of my issues. I will be choosing another primary for SURE!

Not sure why this doctor has not had her license revoked. Very unprofessional, unresponsive and seems to be a habitual liar about communication she says she has responded to but has not. STAY FAR AWAY from her and her unprofessional staff.

Not at all Professional and Dr R Minkus & her staff really don't care ! It's unbelievable & disgusting that medical offices & doctors are not held accountable Don't know what's worse my severe arthritis !! Or going back to Dr Roxana Minkus !

Dr. Minkus takes the time to clearly answer any questions you may have. While it may not be the quickest doctors visit you may experience, you will walk out with a level of satisfaction that you understand what just happened

Horrible staff!! Even if you have an appt still have to wait for more than 2 hours. Referrals take weeks to be sent to insurance.

I waited 2.5 hours in the morning, when I see the Dr walk in. Staff makes appointments when she is not even planning on coming in for another 2 hours. I was starving and felt faint by the time I was seen. I felt worse after I left that dr's office. Horrible services and the waiting room was packed of people waiting to be seen. Only reason I went there is because my insurance assigned me. Never going back!
