One of the best doctors I’ve every know ! She is prepared, actually she reads your records before she walks into room ! Her knowledge about medicine is incredible! She has helped my whole family the only sad thing she has left medical associates of Jupiter , I hope I can find were she went staff will not help me find her ??

I have been a patient of Dr. Viera for many years and I absolutely love her. Her office staff on the other hand is horrible. Several weeks ago I left couple of messages requesting an appointment with no call back. Had to go to urgent care. My blood pressure prescription ran out and it has been over a week since my pharmacy requested a refill and no response from the office. Left a message - no call back. Called again and got a person to talk to with a very heavy accent. She could not find my prescription - it is the only one I take. Unfortunately I can't deal with this incompetence and will be changing my primary care physician .

I'M A 69 YEAR OLD MAN AND HAVE EXPERIENCED MANY DOCTORS IN MY LIFE. I'VE HAD BAD DR'S, SOSO DR'S AND GOOD DR'S. DR. VIERA IS NON OF THESE. SHE'S A REAL LIVE, CARING, EASY TO TALK TO PERSON WHO HAPPENS TO BE THE GREATEST DOCTOR I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED. AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED THERE IS NO BETTER. HER OFFICE PEOPLE ARE ALSO VERY GOOD AND PROFESSIONAL. BEST BLOOD TESTS EVER. ALMOST NO BRUISING. PA CEDRIC IS ALSO VERY GOOD AND CARING. MY ONLY CONCERN IS IF THEY EVER LEFT THE AREA I WOULD BE TOTALLY LOST. MY WIFE IS ALSO A PATIENT AND FEELS EXACTLY AS I DO ONLY MORE. THANK YOU DR. VIERA.

Dr Roxanna Viera is on a God trip this office is filled with immature speaking Spanish you g adults who don’t know what they are doing 6 weeks and they still didn’t get my records. The doctor insulted everything that I was taking for medication, had my picc line used for iv fluids and severe dehydration removed without even contacting my cardiologist. Today I went in dehydrated and had to bring my child as there was no school and she told me to go to the ER if I think I’m Going to die. My child started to cry. When I asked her why she would say something like this in front of a child she shrugged her shoulders and smiled. Because of this doctor lupus is flaring again. I am dehydrated again and going back and forth to the local ER for fluids (putting myself at risk for germs). I’m also using a walker again due to the dehydration causing the usual symtompms “one being”dizziness! Please don’t use this doctor if you want any compassion. Today my child and I walked out in tears! I… also reported her to my HMO and Tallahassee

While I truly like Dr. Viera, I NO longer feel confident and comfortable with her staff. I had to learn that I am diagnosed with Diabetes from the Humana website when I attempted to order my OTC Meds. My Pharmacy and related Agencies have held up my Meds and Applications due to lack of responses. So, I ONLY visit Dr. Viera's office when it is absolutely necessary. With my recent phone calls with the Dr.'s staff, my Pharmacy and my last 3 visits, I have decided to finally part ways.

In 81 years, I've been to many Doctors, Never have I been more impressed then with Dr. Viera. She is amazing, knowledgeable, personable , and willing to spend time with you. Her staff is top notch, I truly feel fortunate to be one of her patients.

I'm 81 years old, been to many doctors in my time, Dr Viera is truly outstanding, Knowledgeable, Personable, willing to spend time with patients. Staff is pleasant, and efficient.
