Dr. Roxann C Cook, DO

I and my wife have been under the care of Dr. Cook for several years. Her bedside manner and care are top notch.

Love Dr. Cook. I called today to make an appointment. I was informed that the earliest appointment was October 31th. I called because I needed to see the doctor for a medical problem. If I can't get into see my doctor in a timely manner, two to three days, it's time to find another doctor. Hate to leave but I have to find a doctor I can get into when I have a medial problem.

I have been seeing Dr. Cook for many years. I feel like she is one of my daughters. There are times that I have to wait beyond my appointment time, and that is okay. She spends quality time with her patients. But while I'm in the waiting room I have to listen to that loud obnoxious lady in the front talking about her personal business. She just non stop talks and laughs the whole time I'm there .I can't imagine that she ever gets any work done. Poor Dr. Cook. I guess she doesn't get to pick out her front desk people like she used to. But the rest of the girls are great. I love her nurse. She is so helpful and hard working. She always helps me with my problems as soon as she can. I just wish that girl in the front would learn how to work and shut her mouth. It is so annoying especially when I don't feel good.

Attitude and knowledge equate to superior care

I love Dr. Cook! I've been going to her for over 6 years now. She spends time with me, asks questions, offers more solutions than to just write you a prescription, thinks outside the box, and is proactive in treatment. She has done a better job diagnosing my complicated health issues than many of the "specialists" I have gone to in the past. The staff, however, needs work! They really need some training in how to deal with patients. I'm a laid back person, and not prone to being easily offended...but honestly, I've never been in a doctor's office with such apathetic, and often curt, office personnel. Fortunately, Dr. Cook is kind, gentle, understanding, and a solid physician, so don't let her staff scare you off. I highly recommend Dr. Cook...the staff, not so much!

Dr. Cook is an amazing doctor with just as amazing Staff! She really takes the time with you and expresses any concerns she has. I moved out of state and still trying to find a doctor as awesome as her. I was able to get in to see her in a timely manor for my first initial visit and never had issues with follow-up appointments. She's very friendly and compassionate!!! I would recommend her to anyone.

I want to say dr.cook and her staff are amazing ladies!! They have helped me every step of that way and had always just been a call away. If you are looking for a great pcp please go see dr cook and her staff you will be very pleased

Dr. Cook has taken care of me off and on for years now. She is always my go-to doc for anything that ails me. She always tries to get to the root cause and not just throw meds at me like some other docs have done. Highly recommended.

Love the dr but front desk is horrible. I can never get through, leave messages but never returned...I've called twice last week trying to get my daughter in to be seen and had to leave two messages and no one returned my called. Calling today I told her and she said let me check and put me on hold ten minutes never taking my name or child's name to look it up. I'm done. Great dr but poor front staff just cost her five patients n a poor review.

I called yesterday (Thurs) to make an appt during business hours..got anwering machine...never received a callback...called all morning and when they answered ..(1/2 hour after was to be open)...says they cant see me today...I went down and sat all day with the hopes of getting in ...then at time of closing tells me...sorry...says can make an appt for next Wed...REALLY!!!..I will never go back to these people!!!
