Dr. Roxanne Patricia Benison

At my first appointment, the hygienist was extremely rude. I should have not returned after that appointment, but I was in extreme pain from a tooth and this dentist had been recommended by my primary dentist. Dr. Benison was very short and you could tell she did not want to spend a minute longer in the room than she had to be there. I am still having pain with that tooth, but I have had to return to my regular dentist because Dr. Benison does not want to take care of the problem.

We had several issues with Dr. Benison's office that required multiple calls from an emergency room doctor, an oncologist, and another oral surgeon down the road from her, and our request for records. None of the calls were answered at the time or even after several days which was very upsetting for us and made the other medical staff questioning the ethics of the office. We just needed information and they failed to respond. Not exactly how you run an office that values patient care.

My tooth was hurting and the dr let me come the same day I called and explained what was going on. Root canal didn't hurt a bit and staff was really nice. Highly recommended
