secretary aka angelique is extremely rude especially after i told her about my tumor she acted like she was the doctor and tried to give medical advice over the phone. then before i was able to finish my sentence she did the old “have a nice day” click and hung up. i called her back to tell her she hung up on me and she tried to gas light me.there is a special place in hell for people like her who treat people with tumors like a inconvenience. not to mention, I already answered her questions two days ago and she called me back to ask the same questions and I gave her the same answer so I don’t know what’s going on with this office or if I’m gonna be able to even be seen because the secretary acts like the gatekeeper for this business. here are the two vm that were used to “screen me” to see if i am worthy enough to see a nurse practitioner.
