Dr. Roxanne Marie Tyroch, MD

Dr. Tyroch refused to call in my prescriptions. She had my lab results from my retired doctor and told me that she would refill my medications. When I needed the refills, she gave me the run around and told me that I needed to do lab tests again. My insurance would not have paid for the tests so soon nor were they needed for my refills. I told the receptionist that the service of the doctor was inexcusable and would be leaving the practice and writing a bad review. An hour later I received a called telling me that the doctor wanted to NEGOTIATE with me. If I did not write a bad review, my meds would be called in. If I did, they would not. This is UNETHICAL and bribery.

Dr. Tyroch is an excellent doctor.

I saw DR TYROCH on May 24 for the first time she was kind and thought on my first visit I recommend her to everyone in elpaso looking for a wonderful fantastic great doctor

Dr. Roxanne Tyroch takes way too long (4 days and counting) to react to requests for prescription refills. Her staff does not follow up as they promise. They only takes cash for co-pays. The Dr. does not seem to really care (she seems indifferent) about me as a patient /customer. Time to find another PCP.

She is a provider that cares more about money than she does about the health of her patients. She refuses to see patients if they don't have cash to pay for their copay. She does not accept credit card payments in office. you can only pay online through patient portal after visit, but then again how can you pay the copay if she refuses to see you. I changed to a different PCP. I do not recommend this provider who is not compassionate about her patients.

I have had wonderful experiences with Dr. Tyroch. I had a shingles outbreak and called at 4:00 pm in the evening. She was holding evening hours that night. The doctor called me back and came in immediately, prior to evening office hours, to see me. Within 30 minutes of my outbreak, I had seen the doctor and received medication for the shingles. I attribute the short active period to her willingness to come into the office earlier than her scheduled time!

My first visit she questioned me as if I was interviewing for a job. Too busy writing on her laptop no eye contact. Second visit just a bad. I don't want the job, going elsewhere.

As her patient, I have called twice to get my medicine refilled to no avail. If she can't handle her case load then she should cut back to what she is willing and available to do.

Never followed up with patient. I called to talk to her and left a few messages - never ever called me back. People in the office are absolutely not competent. Absolutely would never reccommend to my friends.

i went for my first visit with her, she didn't inform me it would be a physical and there would be a charge which at a certain point i understand, she didn't address the initial reasons for my visit and didn't follow up on them, it wasn't until i saw the charge of the physical that i realized that she was already charging me but had done nothing to help me, i called to get an explanation and i was asked at that point if i wanted to have a prescription called int, this was beyond absurd
