Roxanne is the best! I am new to using a pump and her expertise and concern makes a big difference in my health care! She listens and is intent on resolving any problems or issues! I am grateful to be her patient! I use the portal to communicate and she is great at responding through her staff or herself!

Roxanne is friendly enough but she never looks up from the computer. It makes the visit feel cold and like she's just at an assembly line going to the next patient as quickly as possible.
