My new Dr. is simply amazing. He 'understood the assignment' - my health.

I am truly columbo in The office and With My one more thing my Questions or concerns are always addressed. I Get The Care professionally excuted at each visit. Now knowing what supportive staff Does Is a little trickey but they work With my imperfecciones I can tolerante Theirs. My experience With Dr. Roy Bardwell is professionally and trusting at The Is point in time.

Scheduling appointments is a nightmare! First time it took 3 tries before they actually did not hang up on me. One of the receptionists is rude and incompetent. Made scheduling the appointment painful. I proceeded on with the appointment because I had heard Dr Bardwell was a good doctor. He seemed nice at the appointment, but not sure of his own diagnosis made of my son. The person taking the blood took a few tries to get his vein. Even his blood work was mishandled and they wanted us to come back for a 2nd, more pricey blood work test. The office was very outdated and not very clean. I felt dirty being there. Fast forward a few months, I decided to give this office & Dr Bardwell another try. My children needed school physicals and I made the appointments 1 month in advance, again after being hung up on 3 times. 1 day before appointment we get a call the Dr has decided to go on a vacation, need to reschedule. One week later we show up and same receptionist is rude… and incompetent. She calls my children's shot records fraudulent and that the Dr would not see or sign our physical forms. (because lets be honest - so many people lie about shot records) Our old dr retired, so we were looking for a new D.O. for our family of 6. I guess it will not be this office. It seemed more like a place to get pain pills, anyway. Some shady looking patients in the waiting room.

Dr. Bardwell always makes Me feel like he is genuinely concerned about My health.

Very rude, incredibly poor bedside manner. Extremely bad attitude.

This was the worst Doctor experience I have ever had. Dr. Bardwell did not come in to work on time and was running 2 hours behind schedule after the office was open for 1 hour. Every patient had to wait at least 2 hours, and then he spent 4 minutes with me, and never apologized for being 2 hours late.
