Memorable moments with Mr. Clark: Yes I can describe that,He asked me a question I replied I am sorry I did not hear you. He replied "YOU HEARD ME". Remined me of a Bully from grade school and not much Brighter either . He was a stange small man who kept repeating "the game is changing" ? Red flags went up instantly with this Guy. His Behavior was bizzare. During the interview he kept pressing me for answers he wanted .His behavior was scary and questionable . I was in so much pain at the time I could not even sit still yet he pressed on even though it should have been apparent that my mind was not focused on his questioning, just my pain. I would not trust this person with a band-aid and a Hangnail . I am sorry you would need a scale with plus & minus here . If I was to rate him as anything it would have to be as a Bully With 5 stars . As a doctor it would only be in the Minus side of the scale. This person should not be in practice.

I, also, had an appointment with a 'panel' from L&I and Roy Clark was part of this panel. We ALL know what these panels are - horrible doctors that are there to work for L&I, regardless of what they say. I have had some unbelievable experiences with these in the past and this one is probably second one from the top of bad experienbces. He sat in on my interview with the neurologist and was unemotional, accusatory in language/attitude and I could sense he was going to be really tough to work with. I mentioned this to the neurologist at the end of my appointment with him (after Roy Clark left the room). When I was ready to meet with Roy Clark, he sat me down, sat at his desk in front of me and said ... I hear from Dr. xxxxx that you have a problem with me? I was a little surprised that this info was shared but responded, 'Well, yes, you seem a little abrupt.' With that he said that he was probably not the right doctor for me. I agreed 100% and left. This doctor, in my opinion,… was NOT professional, NOT non-biased and NOT one that I would want for my doctor! If he can't handle himself properly in a situation like this, maybe he needs to grow-up and 'physician heal thyself' before trying to deal with other people's problems. He appears to have his own problems to deal with first! I have found this typical with L&I doctor - sad to say.

This office is very focused on the MONEY aspect of your visit. They will TELL you that they will accept your insurance even if they dont and send a bill to you later, assuming no responsibility.
