Dr. Roy E Cole, MD

I chose Dr. Cole because all my boys have had procedures done with excellent results. Dr. Cole has taken out wisdom teeth, a rare “extra” tooth inside the gum, repaired my son’s jaw/face after being in a terrible accident. Recently, I had to have a cracked tooth extracted. My anxiety was high. The whole process was so much better than I could imagine. Dr. Cole answered all my questions in the consultation appointment, made a plan and took care of my tooth problem. Everyone there was very professional. I would highly recommend if you want an excellent, highly skilled surgeon.

I went in to get my wisdom teeth out and they were the most unprofessional people. The nurses/aids were outside my room coughing and making jokes about how one of them probably had COVID-19 and they were telling her to cough on them because they “wouldn’t mind a few days off”. The came in started doing tings without explanation, one was even drinking Starbucks. Then when Dr. Cole was coming in they were telling him his headlight was dim so he wouldn’t be able to see well and he shrugged and said “we’ll see where we get”. When I woke up they ignored me and basically shoved me out the door. I was wobbly from the meds and had to open my own door and everything. Aside from the awful manners, and human decency, I have minimal swelling and Tolerable pain.

The staff was nice and Dr cole was nice and explained everything well. You ask questions he will answer them. From all the negative reviews I was nervous but literally I think ppl are just full of themselves.

We waited six weeks for an appt to have my daughter’s tooth removed and the office called two days before her appt to reschedule due to an emergency surgery. The next appt they scheduled was another six weeks out. I feel if it’s the office fault for rescheduling they should try to get you back in within the next week. We decided to find another oral surgeon because this is terrible patient care.

Staff was very unattached and did nothing to calm my fears or nerves. I was actually attended by 4 different assistants throughout my visit and not introduced to any of them. Dr Cole did not even introduce himself or look me in the eye at all. For all I know, he could have been the janitor. I felt rushed thru the process like a piece of cattle. I should have read the reviews before going.

Horrible bed side manner, arrogant and rude!!!

He is an exceptional surgeon. My surgery was quick, and though I have the expected pain that accompanies multiple extractions, I have minimal swelling. However, I have pretty severe anxiety and a somewhat low threshold for pain. The last thing people like me want in an oral surgeon is someone who laughs at/mocks their reactionary movements, gets annoyed easily with their pain tolerance or lack thereof, and makes them feel like trash for admitting their discomfort and requesting more pain pills to help with a couple of dry sockets a week after surgery. He said nothing to help me be more at ease, asked me 3 times (on separate occasions) in an almost accusatory manner who had referred me him, and I left feeling lower than dirt. He does his job, though. I guess that's what counts, because he couldn't care less about you as a person.

First off the assistant was very rude and not compassionate towards me. Her demeanor was so unprofessional. He is very aggroant and makes you feel like you are wasting his time with unnecessary questions. Worst dentist ever!!!!!!!!

Not very personable, does do a wonderful job with patients! Just wish he wasn't so business and a smiled a little more....

DR. COLE TOLD ME THAT IM NEEDED MENTAL HELP AND HAD HIS NURSE MAKE A APPT. WITH DR. BHARATI . I WENT TO HIM FOR JAW PAIN.
