The entire office makes you feel like family. I see Dr. Joseph as a specialist, but he help my medical conditions as if he was a family Dr. Highly recommended!

Dr. Joseph is down to earth and friendly. He thoroughly answered my questions, as well as running necessary test. He found the issue that I had been complaining about to my primary for years. RELIEF

Do not trust this doctor. He was completely unprofessional with his communication and made promises he could not keep. He ghosted the entire hospital and left me with no updates that he promised in regards to an emergency surgery that I needed. He also completely acknowledged that my service was unacceptable through text and that he would cover costs ONLY if I got surgery through him. I have screenshots of this and I followed through with a urologist that I trust. Why would I leave it in his hands if he already lied to me multiple times? Yet I am still being billed by him and he had the nerve to tell me on the phone that if I look closely at his text, that it would only be covered if I went through him. This doctor will cause you more stress than it is worth and is completely unprofessional and sees you as a dollar sign and not as a patient.

Dr. Joseph has saved my life— literally. He is an excellent doctor, very caring, knowledgeable, and respectful.

I do not recommend this doctor to anyone. Stay away from him. Very bad experience after my surgery.

My husband had robotic prostate surgery with Dr Joseph. He could not ask for a more talented and compassionate doctor. He answers all your questions and explains things in layman’s terms. I found him easy to talk to, patient, and with a good sense of humor. His postop visits have gone well too. The nurses (who know who the best surgeons are) sing his praises all the time. We have 100% confidence in him and recommend him to all our friends and relatives.

I am not pleased with this urologist. Because of his mistakes one of his ex colleagues, had to redo my surgery. He’s arrogant and puts on a show how he’s taught this person or treated this person. The nurses at the office were appalled and literally called me to apologize for his actions. The office manager also made sure everyone in the office knew he was NOT allowed to touch me!
