Dr. Roy Khoury, MD

Dr. Khoury performed a hystectomy to remove a uterine fibroids. My interaction with him before the surgery was professional, he answered all my questions. However, after the surgery I was not contacted by him, the practice of the surgery center through the healing process. I sought guidance through the patient portal and left phone messages but didn't receive a timely response. When contacted by the nurse, I was told my concerns should not be concerns and did not warrant additonal healing accomodations. When I met him during follow-up appointments I was advised that my concerns/questions were not concerns and would resolve in time. Eventually I was advised my concerns were not in scope of surgical outcomes and to contact my primary care provider. My communications with Dr. Khoury before and after the surgery were dismissive and uncaring. He's skilled at the procedure but lacks empathy in his communication with me and communicated by his nursing staff. I would not recommend him for… this procedure and would not consider him for additional gynecological care.

Dr. Khoury performed a myomectomy to remove a painful uterine fibroid. He was very professional, he answered all my questions, he contacted me throughout the healing process, and he asked me plenty of questions. I must say I was extremely impressed and loved his dedications and devotion to my concerns. His staff and surgical center provided the best service and continue contact with me even after my procedure. Great quality of service.
