Love Dr Mansano he is great. I went to their office for 3 of my kids. The Ultrasound explanation is amazing and so thorough and detailed. If you have a choice to go TO Dr Mansano don't think twice. He is truly amazing...very kind and very patient.

I was terrified to go to him because I had heard from people that he's not very friendly and warm, but that he's the best. I'm high risk, so at my first appointment my blood pressure was high out of nervousness of meeting him. My appointments all began with an extremely friendly, smart, informative ultrasound tech doing an extensive ultrasound, followed by Dr. Mansano coming in and going through the images and doing his own quick ultrasound. He was so amazing! I have no idea what people are talking about, he's so friendly and warm and genuinely cares about you. He's honest, but not in a mean way. I've heard that if you're overweight he's very blunt with you that you shouldn't gain too much weight and you need to be healthy, but that's something every doctor should be doing instead of sugar coating it. I would recommend him to everyone and will most definitely be going back next time. If you are overweight, just be ready for an honest discussion and realize that he isn't being… mean, he's looking out for you, which is what you should want from your doctor.

I've had two appointments with Dr. Mansano, and a third one scheduled. He's been great at each diagnostic sessions. He explains answers to any of our questions well, and takes time to understand the mother's health in relation to the fetal's well-being and he seems to resort more into natural solutions (I.e., vitamins, healthy diet, and exercise) prior to writing any type of prescription. Downside: the front desk and billing is a bit of a nightmare, but tried hard to be courteous. Unfortunately, they don't resolve email problems or completely doesn't understand patient's frustration of not receiving emails when they say they've sent you one. From my experience, I've recieved none of the emails they claim they've sent me -- not a peep! Checked every mailboxes I have -- nothing! I brought it up both times I was there and it was simply a nightmare. This overall, prevents me from contacting them via email, and asks further questions to clarify any questions/problems. They ultimately… (front desk) want you to resolve email problems by trying over and over again at their website & asked you to keep checking your email, that if for spending enough time trying and still didn't work it will be brought up to the IT Dept. While you're situation is being compared to another patients experience. I'm thinking 3rd time (or 30x) is a Charm! My insurance: I have Anthem Blue Cross PPO, in maternity network, 80-20 benefit coverage (20% co-insurance), $500 deductible, co-pay $35. Billing: there are upfront fees & out of pocket (1) $125 + 3D scan, (2) $590 with 3D included which is $50 -- total expense from the first visit carried over & paid at my second visit. My second visit's bill is a bit unclear as to what will be covered, and not looking forward to my 3rd visit's expense. The explanations by the front desk personnel/billing as to what was covered or what should have been covered is unclear, so going back for another visit becomes a nightmare.

Dr Mansano has an excellent bedside manner! After my last visit (and 2nd so far) I reflected on former pregnancies with similar visits to other physicians in other states where I have lived. The attention to detail, calm demeanor, listening skills and willingness to explain and clarify is really impeccable. He is clearly very well trained but also naturally patient-inclined. I am thankful for his service, as a physician myself; such talent is commendable...and rare, these days.

Excellent bedside manner. Thorough and cautious. Made me really feel like I was being well taken care of.
