AWFUL!! In my opinion, “Dr” Mears needs to find a different profession. My parents in their 80’s, saw him for 2 years. He was rude, dismissive and condescending. They were consistently unable to receive medication refills or have any of their needs or concerns addressed. Roy Mears blew them off at every turn. During this time, my father grew increasingly weak, lost 30 lbs, looked and felt extremely ill. I was exceptionally concerned and begged my father for over a year to seek out another doctor as concerns and issues continued to be ignored by Dr Mears.My parents were so intimidated by him they were fearful to seek out another doctor as they worried Dr Mears would blackball them in the medical community. Meanwhile they continued to struggle not being able to receive care or even get their required meds refilled. Dr Mears refused to do any investigation into Dads symptoms and his attitude toward my father became increasingly hostile. Dad continued to decline. Finally after a year… convinced Dad to go to ER. They immediately found multiple abdominal masses. He was urgently referred to oncology and was diagnosed w advanced Lymphoma cancer. The emotional and physical trauma this provider caused my parents is absolutely inexcusable. I am writing this hoping Dr Mears may develop some compassion and understanding and improve his clinical skills in order to provide patients with the care they so desperately deserve. He is, in my opinion, not only dangerous in his neglect but is devoid of empathy and compassion.

Already referred many others to my provider

Dr. Mears does a fantastic job understanding multiple influences upon the problem. He also explains the situation and treatments better than anyone else.

This office is a nightmare. Don't get sick you'll be on your own to get better I signed up for a Dr. and he leaves it all up to the nurses to make the determination on your treatment and or medications. 4 days in pain and won't do a thing except tell me to make an appointment which takes a week or better to get in. Find someone who cares
