Dr. Roy H. Morita received his undergraduate degree in Medical Technology and worked as a licensed clinical scientist at Loma Linda University Medical Center while attending dental school. The experience of working with medically ill patients then, enables Dr. Morita now in assessing how health risk factors impact dental treatment. He also gained skills in venipuncture, which are used in intravenous sedation and PRP
procedures.
In 1982 Dr. Morita graduated from Loma Linda University, School of Dentistry. He practiced General Dentistry for six years before pursuing a specialty in Periodontics. Because of Dr. Morita’s first-hand experience as a General Dentist, he is able to work with your General Dentist in your overall treatment planning.
After completing his Specialty in Periodontics at Loma Linda University, Dr. Morita worked as a periodontist in Upland, California, before opening his Modesto office in 1993.
